Returns & Exchanges

At Reaper Patches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't up to standard, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned patches and apparel must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping envelope.

Ship It Back

Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
